MyDataOrganizer LEARN Upper Lower Screen for Apps

 

App Screen is divided into 3 sections.

  1. Upper Screen
  2. Lower Left Side Menu
  3. Lower Right Result display screen

 

 

 

 

Upper Screen :

For each user Upper Screen can be customized.

Following tables are used for configuration.

  • UpperLowerScreenProfiles : Profile list
  • UpperScreenAfterLogin for Profile : configuration of upper screen is done here.
  • LowerScreenAfterLogin for Profile : When user logs in at that time lower right result screen is configured here for results to be displayed.
  • AppUsersULScrProfiles : User is assigned proper profile here.

 

 

Lower Left Side Menu

Lower left side menu can be customized for each user.

Following tables are used .

  • mymenu_items : Each subject has many items . e.g. Menu(Subject) has Search, Help, Tables, Logout items.
  • mymenu_subject : Misc, Table, Security, Preferences etc. in the following screen are subjects.

 

 

 

 

Lower Right Result display screen

Following tables are used.

  • LowerScreenAfterLogin for Profile : When user logs in at that time lower right result screen is configured here for results to be displayed.
  • AppUsersULScrProfiles : User is assigned proper profile here.

 

 

 

 

Record Menu – Modify and Delete disabled

Record Menu is there at the end of each record and next to title/heading in upper part of record.

Record Menu in upper part will have all the menu links as found in menu at the end of each record . It will have modify and delete links disabled.

Following menu is displayed next to title/heading in upper part of record with modify and delete disabled.

 

Following tables are used for configuration :

  • TableMenuPrefProfiles : it holds menu details for each profile
  • TableMenuPreferences : It is used for assigning TableMenuPrefProfiles to user.

 

 

 

Record Menu with Modify and Delete enabled

Record menu at the end of each record has modify and delete enabled .

 

 

 

User Specific Menu

 Each user can be customized to have user specific record menu for each data record.

  • It is configured in MenuUserTable table.

 

Table Documentation Menu

Each Table Documentation record has menu for table specific details

e.g.

  • calculated-fields/formulas used in table
  • Table extension record
  • Functions tied with table
  • Structure of table
  • all items found in following menu which is related with table documentation record
  • etc.

 

 

Menu created with CalculatedField Formula

Each record of table can have customized menu created with CalculatedField-Formula.
